About me

When I’m not reading, aunty-ing, solo traveling, Seinfeld binging or amateur chef-ing you’ll likely find me solving hairy ambiguous problems. (eg. Why didn’t my dough rise? Is love blind? Whats the best strategy for Candy sort? ) I thrive in ambiguous and autonomous environments. I find calm in complex spaces. I’m an analytical, strategic and curious tinker-er and I apply these skills to just about everything.

Solving user people problems creates business opportunities. I do this often. Qual + quant insights for the win and just enough process and nothing more.

Buoy Software develops software for plasma donation centers. How might we optimize the laborious and time intensive process of configuring marketing campaigns targeting very specific high value donor audiences.

Upon rollout we estimate a ~13% decrease in operational overhead and 5% increase in campaign volume.

Points Summary Redesign

In the midst of a rebrand and new design system rollout, I led a team in exploring: how might we reimagine an experience entry point visited by 3+ million cardmembers per day while addressing poor Membership Rewards program comprehension and utilization?

This redesign resulted in a 20% decrease in call center volume for points related inquiries.
